Song: Up On The Bridge

Thank you for listening to the audio sample of our song Up on the Bridge. This recent song came through us at this most critical time where the polarities of dark and light are clearly dueling. To be in the light is to venture onto the Bridge of higher consciousness and expansion. Up on the Bridge you can see beyond this ordinary mundane reality and feel compelled to follow an enlightened path.

All of us are ascending and some of us are choosing to transform very quickly. Through intuition development, meditation, managing our energetic bodies, yoga, clean eating, emotional healing, creative passionate living, true compassion and environmental respect, we are shifting from the caterpillar to the butterfly. This transformation is hard-wired into our d.n.a. and there is a split in the ways that we can evolve. The way of the trans human is to embrace artificial intelligence, embed computer chips of technology under our skin and disregard our incredible spiritual capabilities. This is happening now with a momentum that scares me.  I’m personally disturbed by the term “point of singularity” which happens when the machines eventually become smarter than us and take over the world! Ascension intelligence, on the other hand is the reclaiming or remembering that the ancient ascension practices will bring us to a planet of peace, cooperation and advanced spiritual abilities. I don’t think it is too late, do you?

Who wouldn’t want to aspire to these innate abilities and higher levels of consciousness?  As a psychic medium I have this uncanny ability, as many do, to shift band widths and tune in to people’s past, present and future stories. I can also shift to other places beyond this dimensional frequency during dream time, astral adventures and meditation. This is where I connect with those in spirit on the other side. Our loved ones are easy to reach as they are just a step up on the frequency band. The day dream alpha brainwave trance that I frequent when I read clients is an automatic and natural slipping into the “zone”. This meditative frequency is for all of us to learn and practice, where we can access our higher selves and all that is divine.  For the past 10 years I have been experiencing “bleed throughs” which present as flashes of etheric scenes and beings from other dimensions, especially when I do my meditative walks in nature. We, along with the earth are bumping up to 4^th and 5^th dimensional bandwidths. Many of my clients are also experiencing these inter-dimensional flashes, time slippage, clairvoyance, u.f.o. sightings, strange lights, anomalous creatures and more. We are accessing more of our full brain capacity as we tune in to these superconscious states of awareness.  The essence of life is mysterious by design and the mystery is our teacher. I am an eternal mystic who embraces the metaphysical or the unseen. Through my artistic expression which is organically linked to my higher self, I stay anchored with my soul. I am definitely “workin the light” in these crazy times.

Transformation or ascension is a devotional practice that connects us to the soul. It is a quest for wholeness and compassion. It is believing that we are more than just our physical flesh and blood bodies. It is knowing that we have an existence outside of this reality. It is recognizing our true self, our divine light bodies, our psychic abilities and so much more. It is where we depart from the ordinary to take part in the unfolding of the living, intelligent universe.

Song: Messenger

Thank you for listening to our song “Messenger”.  It’s time to stretch beyond the confines of the mainstream to gauge for yourself, your personal truth.

Most of us believe that we have a connection to God… to this universal field of potentiality that is alive and intelligent…to Angels, Ascended Masters, Loved Ones, Star Beings/E.T.s, Animal Spirit Guides and more. Although we may not see these beings or this field of energy, we can feel, interact and learn to trust in this divine support system for guidance. The universe and these beings have been ushering me along my spiritual path of development since I was a child. As I evolve, I have been connecting to the Star Beings/E.T.’s more than ever and it seems that my divine team of support is shifting as I do. As a psychic medium, I can identify clients who resonate with the Star Beings because I consistently see blue stars flashing in their auras. The flashes are my cue to acknowledge their connection to the higher dimensions and these benevolent entities. These clients also feel a longing to go “home”…back to the stars, and have a strong belief that the star beings have been here and linking with us for a long time.   I can’t help but be fascinated with the Bibles Old Testament that in my view depicts God, Angels and possible ancient Star Beings/E.T.s.  Many cultures and religious traditions including Christianity, Islam and Judaism are deeply mystical and connected with Star beings from other realms. They tell ancient stories of Angels and Gods coming down from the heavens, leaving here concrete evidence and powerful information for us to understand.  This is the stuff that makes me wonder who these beings really were…Angels…Gods or E.T.s….This is the  stuff that makes me go hmmmm.

If you’ve been following my Blog you know that I am fascinated with the idea of out of body experiences (OBE’S), lucid dreaming, meditation, UFO’s and Star Beings, all things paranormal and our incredible ability to access our highest selves and higher dimensions. My higher self and dream time take me to a familiar link to Star Beings that want to infuse me with a wave of peace and harmony…a benign goodness that the world needs to embrace. The one way I believe I can share these messages is through our music.  I woke up after an intense astral adventure to the phrase “merciful messenger from the bright blue star, can you tell us who we really are”?  I stored this phrase in my lyrics journal and then forgot it for some time. This lyrics journal is where I capture channelled creative influences that flow through me in dream time and meditation. These Divine downloads are the foundation of our spiritual songs that make up our soon to be released album “The Light Album”.  The phrase re-surfaced while Daryl was playing around with a very cool piano hook, and my hand was “pulled” into my lyrics journal to this single phrase hidden on a page. When my hand lies heavy on a written piece, I know this is the one that marries up with Daryl’s musical hooks.  I sang and recorded this phrase with a melody that flowed from my soul, and then the rest of the song came together with ease, as if the song was ready to be birthed.

I did continue to go off in dream time to the bright blue star and to a particular messenger who felt like a warm and loving being that urged me to know that it is not too late. This experience sent me off …down the research rabbit hole to learn more about this bright blue star. I learned that the brightest star in the sky is Sirius and that many cultures see this star as one that fills us with wonder and inspiration to attain our highest aspirations of service and truth. In my personal truth, I believe that these Star beings are saying it’s not too late for humanity to wake up to our innate abilities of immense potential…to rise above this oppressive wave and claim these extraordinary gifts…and take back our world for the highest, greater good.

Yes, I do sleep out on my back deck in the summer…  I actually fall asleep while star gazing and set an intention to connect with Star Beings. It is often that I am drawn to wake up and look up to the skies to witness the not so unusual for me… yes I have seen some absolute anomalies amongst the stars that are calling me out.  One of my bucket list wishes is to visit Mount Shasta to witness the U.F.O’s that fly in and out of the mountain that are being monitored by the military base nearby. I’d love to join Dr. Steven Greer who conducts meditative groups of believers who use sound, lights and love intention to vector in E.T.’s who will show up on video as warm supportive beings. These “hot spots” or powerful vortexes are all over the world, where cosmic messengers link to us believers who gather to resonate with their peaceful vibration….after all we are all made of the same stuff the stars are!

Song: The River

Thank you for listening to our song The River. My lyrics were inspired by the ancient Hopi Elders Prophecy where I borrowed the two phrases, “The river is flowing fast now” and “We are the ones we’ve been waiting for”. The Hopi’s refer to the river as the energy of ascension that is, in this time in history, moving us to higher levels of consciousness …that is when we are open to embracing this flow.

This theme of ascension lives at the core of my personal truth. It is a theme that has played out for eons…one that holds the promise of compassion, peace and harmony once again for mankind. I say once again because for thousands of generations humans lived in full consciousness with the entire cosmos, remembering that we are light beings of peace and love. Unfortunately, mankind slipped from this unified heart-centered state of light… to a mindset ruled by separation, fear and ego…call it the great fall from Grace.

Our indigenous ancestors…the wisdom keepers, are pleading with us to remember our truth. Yes, some of us are awakening from the trance to the truth that we are all peaceful spiritual beings evolving in consciousness. Some of us know that mother earth is cleansing herself and shifting to a new planetary grid of energy, into the Golden age…the Age of Aquarius …a new earth.

Many have known for a very long time that our destiny is to ascend…that our divine support system…stellar beings are here to assist us in this understanding of attaining our light bodies and higher levels of consciousness.  Back in Biblical times, there were mystery traditions based on the idea of human ascension that were ultimately lost…knocking humanity off its timeline. The Essenes, Cathars, and Gnostics were labelled heretics by orthodox religion and their beliefs of ascension and divinity were ripped away and forbidden. Yes, orthodox religion has benefited hundreds of millions of people…and there are countless references to the mysteries of ascension within these religions.

I hold onto the hope that we can re-orient the human species…bring us back to our original ascension timeline. Fortunately, before the Essenes were killed off by the Romans, they hid their Dead Sea Scrolls in the mountains and we have recovered their powerful secrets of ascension in these documents found in 1947. It feels like this is the time to reclaim our fullest potential as we reach for the stars and expand our beliefs beyond the mainstream.

I am living proof, along with many others, who can spontaneously leave the physical body to travel in our light bodies to reach other dimensions…to attain knowledge and healing. I am also beginning to command these experiences in a controlled manner, practicing specific skills that support out of body experiences.  I am one who can go into the past, present and future energy of people to capture snapshots of their stories…to guide them for their greater good…to play in the light of my highest self…to commune with the Other Side…to navigate this dense, earthly experience …as I straddle the lower energies of my own ego, and the collective wave of worldly chaos that intertwines with this promising ascension energy. We live in exciting and challenging times for sure!

Song: When The Sun Sets

Thank you for listening to our song When the Sun Sets. Ghostly encounters, the paranormal and other-worldly experiences have intrigued us for eons. It seems that when the sun sets, this phenomena amplifies, as if the darkness opens the flood gates to the unseen and sometimes highly unexplainable.

As the sun set and night fell, Daryl anxiously stocked the cooler with smuggled in beer. Daryl insisted that he would need the ounce of courage if I wanted him to come to this crazy place where they speak to dead people. I am blessed to have an open-minded husband who encourages my interest in all that is supernatural. Daryl holds a healthy curiosity mixed in with a little fear of the unseen world and I was determined to show him a good first time down in Lily Dale in New York. I put in a good word, asking spirit to grace us with experiences that would prove without a doubt that spirit lives on. After reading the book and watching the documentary “No One Dies in Lily Dale”, Daryl was ready for the adventure. That’s right, the dead don’t die, they flit among the trees and stroll along the streets and through the Victorian homes occupied by five generations of Spiritualists.

Yes, it’s true that spirit energy can zap camera batteries and flashlights. Just like clockwork as we approached the museum, people on the ghost walk tour started gasping “My camera is dead and my flashlight is out!”  Now Daryl’s adrenaline is pumping as his extrasensory perception is dialing up. “someone just poked my shoulder” Daryl whispered. With the air full of mystery and intrigue, I zoned in to what was surely a ghostly crowd that seemed to usher us along.  Once back to our room at the notoriously haunted Maplewood Hotel our group of giddy seekers were buzzing with the mysterious vibes. Like little kids sneaking about, we snorted with laughter on tip toes, hoping to see my EMS meter respond in this spirit-filled establishment. Within a few minutes, I was delighted to see the meter spike. My clairvoyance confirmed a flashing image of a strong Victorian female presence in the stairwell that my curious group of students and friends also verified as we scurried back to our rooms.

That night Daryl and I laid quietly in bed with our flashlight on and shinning onto the ceiling. “I wish I could contact my mother in spirit”, Daryl sighed. I assured him that he would get a message from his mother, especially because he was holding an intention to call her in. I said, all you have to do is ask. Just as I said this our flashlight started to dim. We stared at the ceiling in amazement as the flashlight went out completely! I asked “Is that you Barbara”? Then the flashlight slowly came on to its full brightness. Daryl jumped up and shook the flashlight to see if it was faulty but it served us without fail for the rest of our ghostly adventures. I gave him a hug and smiled “and this is just our first night”!

The next day we attended the Inspiration Stump where mediums before large groups of hopeful seekers channel messages from loved ones in spirit.  “May I come to the gentleman with the blue hat”? I leaned in to Daryl and nudged “the medium is looking at you”. Daryl timidly nodded yes and received a love-filled inspiring message from his mother. The medium ended with “and your mother shows up in flashing lights, just so you know”.

“Guess where we are going tonight lover?” “We have tickets for the Victorian Séance!”  As Daryl nervously stocked the cooler, I laughed and joked that he better have an extra pair of shorts packed…if you know what I mean. That night delivered more than even I as the psychic medium had dreamed could unfold. In bridging communication between this world and the next, our dedicated medium ushered us to the table with a grin. “Do you want messages from spirit or do you want to have a real adventure?”  Of course we chose adventure. Little did we know that we got to sit at the table with this famous medium who was well known for table tipping. Table tipping can be easy to fake, but in this case it was impossible to rig. This was a fantastic demonstration of physical mediumship where we got a first hand experience that will be imprinted on our souls for some time.  In her bossy tone, the medium insisted that we start singing happy children’s songs to bring in spirit energy. As we raised the vibes with our finger tips propped loosely on the over 50 Lb and 8 foot round solid oak table, we could feel the table start to shift. Daryl, in his healthy skepticism peered underneath the table to see if it was rigged. “No minions under here” he joked. Then the table wobbled from leg to leg making us kick back out of our chairs and stand up. Now the table starts spinning clock wise, picking up speed to the point that we were running around with our fingers barely touching the table. Spinning and heaving from leg to leg, the table carved deep grooves in the auditorium’s hardwood floor. We were stunned as we sang Row Row Row your Boat hysterically, while laughing and running around the spinning table in amazement.  Again, we had no doubt that there was a supernatural force at play. Once back to our hotel room and beer on ice, we truly wondered what the hell just happened.

It took a while for Daryl’s eyes to settle back into his sockets as we laughed about his new-found enthusiasm for the unseen. “Time to charge the camera and go for another ghost hunt!” Daryl exclaimed. We gathered by the lake with my small group of open- minded students and set an intention to call in spirit energy. Daryl intuitively snapped his camera and in no time he was capturing hundreds of spirit orbs and even a unique entity somewhat resembling a fairy in his collection of photos.

With our adrenaline pumping we tuned in to the sound of drumming off in the distance. “Must follow drum beat” I droned. Like school kids ditching class, we sleuthed our way through the forest, following the rhythm of the drums. As we approached a clearing, I witnessed three women drummers perched on a log and laying down a heavy rhythmic groove. “Man I wish I had my drum with me”! As we clapped along, I desperately searched for a make shift instrument. Tinking on the table with my found sound stick, I soon graduated to the garbage can lid, commanding a syncopated beat that lit up the drummers. As the small rhythm section fell into entrainment we became entranced as one. We were sure we had ancestral spirit group gathering around us to take in the vibrations with approval. In my trance-like state of euphoria, I could hear an eerie hum in the background. The sound rang a familiar chord within me, bringing me back to the late 60’s when our local air raid siren sounded to mark noon everyday in our small town. Nope, I didn’t do the brown acid! As I eased up on my can lid to lean in to this sound, I realized that Lily Dale’s air raid siren was sounding for real! Was there an eminent threat of some kind in the works? Was it possible that we were the imminent threat?  I think maybe so… as the cops pull up with their lights flashing and search light blinding us. Like a deer in the headlights my heart leaped into my throat. Here I was as a model teacher of all that is spiritual, yelling “let’s make a run for it”! Pulling our hoodies up in disguise, we ran like bandits back to the safety of our room and cooler of spirits. I’m guessing that the resident mediums were not as passionate about the power of the drum as we and our ancient ancestors were.

Daryl and I made many annual trips to this sacred hub of spirituality…and yes in a more toned-down manner. Throughout our adventures Spirit never failed to show up for us in this vortex of light.

Thank you for listening to our song “I Know”. This song came through us with the wave of uncertainty that pervades the world in this greatest transition in the history of civilization. The song holds a sense of hope, that in this frequency of chaos, we also behold an anchoring inner knowing of truth and light.

Good and Evil

The latest buzz in this field of spirituality is the theme of good and evil. You may be feeling vulnerable as you witness what seems to be pure evil in the world around you. You may also be moved by absolute love and goodness depending on the current of energy you are choosing to engage with. I believe we are swimming in a sea of consciousness…a field of awareness and intelligence that gets transmitted through the cosmos for us to link with or not.  It is true that we all have light and dark parts of ourselves…we all possess the potential for good or evil. We also have a responsibility to monitor our own sense of morals and values as we slip about on this spectrum of good and evil as the humans that we are.

A spiritual bi-pass is an interesting concept that can skip the fact that we all have a shadow or dark side and emotional work to do. It can lead us to claim that there is no evil and only light and goodness. This can deny our responsibility to take inventory of the major ways we can slip about in complacency about the global giant elephant in the room…the one that denies we are on the brink of disaster in destroying Mother Earth…the one that under the guise of religion, gives permission for abuse…the one that turns a blind eye to the corporate/governmental greed and corruption that feeds personal gain to the elite. More subtle and personal ways of living in our shadow selves can include being stuck in judgement, greed, jealousy, anger, fear, addiction and all of those low vibrational emotions that make us a little darker.

I know that it takes very little light in the darkness to make a difference in the world…like one candle in a huge dark room that is easy to see. We can be that light and change a whole lot in the world with just a little more awareness and insight. The higher self really does know our personal truths. The higher self shifts us up to the light beings of goodness that we can be, as we acknowledge and get honest about our shadow selves that says it doesn’t really matter.

It’s time to get quiet in some sort of meditative way…to either passively listen or actively ask your higher selves for direction and truth. It’s time to shine our powerful collective light of goodness out, to tip the world back into balance.

Thanks for listening to our song Twin Flames. This one flowed out easily as a simple song that highlights  Daryl and my soulful link and what I believe is our agreement to reincarnate together across many lifetimes for a higher purpose. This art piece depicts our cosmic link together. It could also reflect a world of alternative realities…perhaps parallel lives… timeline jumps…reality shifts.  These are the things that make me ask… what is the true nature of reality? Are there many worlds superimposed against one another… do we live in a holographic window of reality? I do know that we are powerful beings of pure consciousness with the free will to choose our paths and paradigms.

If you haven’t read my blog post Twin Flames dated February 16, 2018, please do. It describes the intensity in which Daryl and I first connected and the magic that ensued. With 18 years into this special union, there is no doubt that we are twin flames…soul mates amplified…eternal cosmic mates

The burst of energy that twin flames generate when they meet, calls up the whole soul from the highest of heavens to the deepest dungeons. We truly do reflect back like mirrors, all of our hidden fears…our shadow selves along with our true inner strengths and talents. There is a comfort in being our authentic selves along with a definite feeling of expansion when we are together. We are bonded but free…attached but unattached, as we carve out our paths as individuals and as a couple.

It never ceases to amaze me when I wake up with the same musical hook in my head that Daryl has. It’s like our souls are wired together…like these ear worms we share and that play over and over in our heads are weaving their way into a meaningful song. We have a deep connection through music, and I feel we are co-creating songs that support our higher spiritual purpose together.  Perhaps this higher purpose is to offer healing and upliftment through the music… or maybe to nudge a deeper glimpse into the potential we hold as spiritual beings…we shall see.

Song: We Are Not Alone

 
Thanks for checking out our song – We Are Not Alone. I’ve had a deep knowing ever since I was a child, that out there in the universe exists many worlds beyond our comprehension. The strange blue light that hovered over the car and followed my mom and her friend along a remote country road for twenty minutes and then zipped out of sight…the hovering craft that showed up on video in slow motion, that zinged horizontally along the sky line, dropped suddenly to almost ground level and then shot up in a 90 degree angle on the screen only to disappear… the strange light formations in the night sky…aliens visitors in my dream time…I can go on.

I am tuned in to the buzz of the human collective consciousness that is building a momentum of openness and acceptance that we are not alone. We are ready to look at old themes in a new way. The themes of visitation throughout world mythology and religion are speaking to us in a way that is nothing short of religious!  People are longing for something extraordinary…for the big Disclosure. For me the proof is everywhere, in ancient architecture, on the walls of temples, stone blocks, crop circles, in the skies and even in our human DNA. We are living in a magical time of big change and many believe we are being visited and have been visited for eons by E.T.s.  There are new college and university courses being launched in Turkey, Edinburgh and Washington that focus on ufology and exo-politics that are preparing a whole new generation of young people for E.T. contact and galactic diplomacy. They are examining the ancient astronaut theory to help explain the missing chapters in man kinds history. Science is not settled and all scientific theory is in the midst of huge change as we try to understand gravity, dark matter, black holes and more. New infra-red space satellite technology is allowing us to look under the sand to discover thousands of tombs, ancient human settlements and pyramids in Syria, Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Russia. This technology is revolutionizing the world of the ancient astronaut theorists. Ten to twenty years ago we would have called this science fiction.  More than 90% of the structures are still hidden, and some of these ruins may hold key evidence that we need for full disclosure.

We know that the powers that be and secret space programs are covering up the truth about E.T.s. More than ever now, these secrets, declassified U.F.O. documents, movies and documentaries are being  revealed to us, to ease us into the truth that we are not alone.  Of course, this means that when we really find proof, it changes everything we’ve ever been taught. This is something scary and exciting and I believe we are ready. Even the Vatican has two space observatories and a chief astronomer Jose Gabriel Funes who is convinced of the existence of aliens, along with Father Goochi who believes aliens are among us. The church is positioning themselves well to ease us in to the reality that E.T.s exist. The book Chariots of the Gods, by author Erich Von Daniken over 50 years ago was shot down as non-sense. He dedicated his life to researching the ancient alien theories. The book eventually sold 76 million copies in 32 languages. At 83 years of age, Von Daniken is now writing the sequel to this book which will reveal even more of the mysteries that are surfacing in this magical time.

Who are we? Where did we come from? What’s next for man kinds future?  These are the questions that continue to move us to discover the truth.  What do you think about life beyond?….What do you think about disclosure in our life time?

Song: Sailor’s Call

Out of Body…into the etheric…the astral…and beyond

This art piece represents a glimpse into a past life for Daryl whose affinity to the sailing ships and ancestral link to the Vikings call him on a soul level.….the scene reflects a place I visited in a spontaneous out of body experience (O.B.E.) where I met Daryl in a past life …for a brief encounter. The lyrics of this song “Sailors Call” can represent the literal call a sailor feels when they are drawn to the adrenaline rush, sense of awe and healing that the forever-shifting ocean can bring. On a deeper level, I have travelled “out of body” on ships that take me into the sun and home to otherworldly places.  Author Tom Robbins said it nicely “Our great human adventure is the evolution of consciousness”

As I digest and process the intensive lessons and experiences taken away from William Buhlman’s O.B.E. Intensive, I am left with a swirling of expansion and wonder. Beautiful like-minded and enlightened people from all over the world joined for this intensive with the hopes of acquiring the ability to self-direct an O.B.E.  Doctors, healers, educators, the curious and the bereaved gathered in the mountains of Virginia, in this vortex of magic to broaden their horizons. For some, they had tragically lost a loved one that they desperately hoped to meet again in their travels. Some were very clear that extra-terrestrials would be sure to make contact with them, having literally witnessed U.F O’s/E.T.’s or had lucid dream connections with multi-dimensional beings.  All of us shared the view that there is so much more to this fleeting life than what this dense, physical earth dimension holds. That in this temporary, somewhat limited reality, drenched in lessons, challenges, growth and evolution…we are also eternal beings of light with infinite potential. O.B.E.’s give us an opportunity to separate from our heavy, sometimes painful physical vessels to experience ultimate freedom. Perhaps we travel with the hopes of learning our purpose and truth, to heal, to experience 360 degree vision, enhanced hearing, the ability to read thoughts and communicate telepathically, to produce thought responsive realities at will … and to shape our continuing existence beyond this life as an active participant with power. Maybe it’s to learn that we can choose to bypass the astral plane upon death, to skip the recycling process of reincarnating to this weighted world for another lifetime here. I am one of many who would like this to be the last incarnation on this planet.  If I practice enough, just maybe I can develop the skills to make it possible! Imagine that upon your transition of death, you have a well set out plan and the skills to return to “Source” in your highest self… to know exactly where you are headed with your last breath into the afterlife… something to ponder for sure. And for now, we will mostly endure our biological vessels that we need so we can interact and learn within this physical dimension.

Yep, I spent at least 24 hours (not consecutively) in the famous C.H.E.C. unit of total darkness, marinating in Hemi-Sync technology while being guided to slip out of my physical body and into the etheric, astral and beyond.  I have always been a lucid dreamer and have utilized dream time as a precious resourceful window to life’s solutions, creative inspiration and my emotional healing. I have the ability to witness dreams from my higher self.  I have learned that these powerful dreams are my launch pad to self directed O.B.E. s and that there are specific techniques that we can utilize that will trigger controlled travel into the multidimensional universe.  As a spontaneous O.B E’r, I have journeyed to what I believe are parallel, past and future lives…and to the heavenly Other Side and beyond.  I have flown, levitated, morphed, spun, vibrated, fallen, surged and dissolved from my physical body and into my non-physical, spirit body, to flit about in the cosmos.  Yep, I have commanded flying cars through tunnels, met with faceless committees sitting around a floating table to consult about my purpose, taught levitation to a group of translucent blue children, …and no I didn’t do the brown acid! I am validating my personal power to command with intention, my personal ascending path of immortality while in my non-physical, light body of consciousness. I feel excited to embrace these next transformational steps.  I’m ready to practice new skills in exploring the nonphysical dimensions in a self-directed fashion, which is easier said that done!

We spiritual beings have limitless potential to explore our consciousness…to enter the radiant light beyond all illusions of form… to the peace, love, freedom and wisdom of our highest selves. Our soul’s journey is infinite. As Rumi quotes… “Remember the entrance to the sanctuary is inside you.”

Thanks for listening to our audio sample of Brand New Start. The melancholy piano intro reflects a time of heavy burnout for Daryl who was straddling his soul-sucking corporate cruncher along with his passions as a professional musician. My lyrics came through as I could empathetically relate to having been there…done that…and got the spiritual kick needed to let go of the fear.

There is something very empowering about not living in fear. Of course most of us have to hustle in this reality of a money-driven world. The rat race is all too real and the pressure is on, especially when we live in fear and limit ourselves to believe we are trapped and without options.  Some of us have found a higher ground…the courage to choose to make a living doing exactly what our soul has called us to do. Some of us have found a middle ground…a way to balance both our passions and the “job” as a ticket that funds the things that excite us in life. There are some who are struggling in the mucky lower ground  where fear and limiting beliefs keep us from seeing our inner light of potential. Wherever you are in these cycles of life and levels of consciousness, you are exactly where you need to be, as long you are learning something…healing something…moving forward.

Brand New Start is a song that means different things to different people….and to all it invites you to find the magic in your heart. A new start can be about pulling ourselves out of the “muck” of your woundedness by digging in to your emotional healing work. Maybe your new start is practicing acceptance and learning how to fall in love with the stuff you don’t like, you can’t change or that challenge you. Maybe you are dedicating yourself to a spiritual practice the pulls you away from resistance and fear…into a deep sense of hope, aliveness, passion, alliance with your higher self and empowerment. It can be about leaving a relationship or a job that makes you miserable. I imagine a cartoon sketch of a man I will call “Daryl”, with his testicles gingerly placed in a cranking vice…while upper management grin as they crank…and all the while urge him to keep smiling!  Daryl breathes now with a new sense of ease as he has crossed over to the other side of the stream so to speak…away from fear and into trust and true knowing.  As he is embracing his gifts as a beautiful singer and musician his racing heart, insomnia and tightened colon have reversed themselves and found balance. It’s amazing how we can heal ourselves when we live our truth in trust and flow.

As I am here in my next Brand New Start, I’m wading through the waves of information the internet provides, trying to find discernment in all that surfaces. I’m sifting through mainstream “muck”, the lies that keep us small in these so-called social norms, religious dogma and programing that many have bought into. I’m slowly carving out my own truths in this sea of chaotic energy and fear-based manipulation to find my peace.  As I find myself drawn to new sources of information and modern science, I am anxiously hopeful that we can save the world.   The new science that is immerging faster than our textbooks can shift, proves we can heal ourselves with intention…that we are all energetically connected…all the same, and that we can thrive in a co-operative world, and not in the old competitive model of survival of the fittest. We now know that our thoughts create our reality. The Dalai Lama quotes that if our school aged children were taught to meditate on compassion and love we would eliminate violence in one generation. I am devastated that for some, human life holds so little value and importance and is not revered as sacred.  The corrupt systems of the greedy elite keep us in a pro-war mentality, fossil fuel driven, big pharma dependent, losing our rights to personal freedoms and privacy…and that artificial intelligence is a double-edged sword depending on who is at the helm. And what about the fact that the majority of us believe we are not alone in this universe?…that “Disclosure” is such a painfully slow process in this dense and restricted physical reality. I am hopeful that in this Great Turning and as these chaotic systems break down, we will find an underlying harmony and order in the world once again.

For me, as I recognize and celebrate my continued brand new starts, I am here in presence ….listening deeply …following the voice of my higher self…linked as a kind of cosmic traveller who is ready to understand more and guide others. With a firm grasp on teaching meditative and spiritual practices, intuition and mediumship development, emotional healing… I’m asking the universe to bring it on…to show me what’s next!

I’m asking hard questions about who we really are…trying to get my head around the new science and quantum physics that suggest we are living in a computer simulated holographic reality! (thanks to Gregg Braden-Missing Links, Dr. Bruce Lipton and other pioneers in this field of new science and spirituality, my life will never be the same)…that our thoughts create every moment of our realities…that I am tapping into parallel lives and universes…past lives… and future lives for myself and others…connecting with light beings in our multidimensional world who are guiding me, calling me out to travel “out of body” in experiences that remind me of just how powerful and limitless we are. I’m excited to validate my beliefs that this physical earth plane is just a tiny sliver of this vast conscious universe that we live in, and that we exist on many different dimensions in our eternal, multi-dimensional, spiritual energy bodies. In all of this world’s mystery and chaos I choose to be hopeful.
